Breaking: China Chooses Sides

According to Chinese State Media, the Chinese should stay neutral if North Korea strikes at the U.S. first but will respond with force if the U.S. strikes North Korea.

Axios.com reported: A state-run newspaper has argued in an editorial that China should remain neutral if North Korea attacks the U.S., but intervene forcefully if the U.S. strikes first. Excerpt via Reuters:

“It needs to make clear its stance to all sides and make them understand that when their actions jeopardize China’s interests, China will respond with a firm hand. China should also make clear that if North Korea launches missiles that threaten U.S. soil first and the U.S. retaliates, China will stay neutral. If the U.S. and South Korea carry out strikes and try to overthrow the North Korean regime and change the political pattern of the Korean Peninsula, China will prevent them from doing so.”

A word of caution: While the newspaper, the Global Times, is published by the official party organ, the People’s Daily, it should not be interpreted as official government policy. Check out our source here.

FBI Says EBay Is Being Used To Fund Terrorism

FBI claims that members of ISIS were using fake eBay transactions to send money to the United States.

wsj.com reports: U.S. investigators uncovered a global financial network run by a senior Islamic State official that funneled money to an alleged ISIS operative in the U.S. through fake eBay transactions, according to a recently unsealed FBI affidavit.

The alleged recipient of the funds was an American citizen in his early 30s who had been arrested more than a year ago in Maryland after a lengthy Federal Bureau of Investigation surveillance operation that found the first clues to the suspected network.

The government had alleged in a 2016 indictment that the American suspect, Mohamed Elshinawy, pledged allegiance to Islamic State and had pretended to sell computer printers on eBay as a cover to channel payments for Islamic State through PayPal, potentially to fund terror attacks. Breaking: The U.S. Air Force Responds To North Korea “Ready To Fight Tonight”

Official pacaf.af.mil reported: Two U.S. Air Force B-1B bombers, under the command of U.S. Pacific Air Forces, joined their counterparts from the Republic of Korea and Japanese air forces in sequenced bilateral missions, August 7.

This serves as the first mission for the crews and aircraft recently deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota in support of U.S. Pacific Command’s Continuous Bomber Presence missions.

After taking off from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, the B-1s assigned to the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, flew to Japanese airspace, where they were joined by Koku Jieitai (Japan Air Self Defense Force) F-2 fighter jets. The B-1s then flew over the Korean Peninsula where they were joined by Republic of Korea Air Force KF-16 fighter jets. The B-1s then performed a pass over the Pilsung Range before leaving South Korean airspace and returning to Guam.

Throughout the approximately 10-hour mission, the aircrews practiced intercept and formation training, enabling them to enhance their combined capabilities and tactical skills, while also strengthening the long standing military-to-military relationships in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.

Ellsworth B-1s were last deployed to Guam in August 2016 when they took over CBP operations from the B-52 Stratofortress bomber squadrons from Minot AFB, North Dakota, and Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.

“How we train is how we fight and the more we interface with our allies, the better prepared we are to fight tonight,” said a 37th EBS B-1 pilot. “The B-1 is a long-range bomber that is well-suited for the maritime domain and can meet the unique challenges of the Pacific.”

Aircrews, maintenance and support personnel, will continue generating B-1 bomber sorties to demonstrate the continuing U.S. commitment to stability and security in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region, providing commanders with a strategic power projection platform and fulfilling the need for anytime mission-ready aircraft, an important part of national defense during a time of high regional tension.

“While at home station my crews are constantly refining their tactics and techniques so that we can better integrate with our counterparts from other nations,” said Lt. Col. Daniel Diehl, 37th EBS, commander. “As demonstrated today, our air forces stand combat-ready to deliver airpower when called upon.”

The U.S. has maintained a regular bomber presence in the Indo-Asia-Pacific since 2004 and this mission demonstrated our continued ironclad commitment to regional allies. Further, it increased our readiness and exercised our rights under international law to fly legally in the place and time of our choosing. Check out our source here.

Bernie Sanders To Release ‘Guide To Revolution’ Aimed At Radicalizing America’s Teens

Did you know that Venezuela used to be the forth riches country in the world before Socialism took it over? Now Bernie Sanders wants to apply Venezuela style Socialism to the United States. We can only pray he does not take the highest office in the Land in 2020.

Thelibertyconservative.com reported: Socialist subversive and former 2016 presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is set to launch his new book, The Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution, which aims to radicalize teenagers into street revolutionaries, on August 29.

Reminiscent of such far-left classics as The Communist ManifestoGuerrilla Warfare, and The Anarchist Cookbook, the Sanders Guide will set out his extreme vision for an uprising against President Donald Trump led by a vanguard of socialist youth who will “fight for a progressive economic, environmental, racial and social justice agenda.”

During the 2016 presidential election, Sanders’ campaign relied heavily on overwhelming support from college students, many of whom are sympathetic to his dangerous worldview. Since then, radical leftists aligned with him have assumed posts within the Democratic Party’s internal apparatus as part of what can only be described as an entry list strategy by enemies of our republic.

The decision to target high school students may be smart politically, given that Sen. Sanders is expected to run for President once again in 2020, when many of the people in high school now will be in college and of voting age. In the book’s foreword, Sanders describes them as the “most idealistic, and least prejudiced generation in the modern history of the United States,” and states that he believes they will “reject the value system espoused by Donald Trump and the right wing reactionaries in Congress who support his ideas.”

NYPD Starts Its Boycott

The NYPD is boycotting Dunkin’ Donuts for allegedly refusing to serve two officers because they are cops.

From The NY Post:

The NYPD runs on . . . bodega coffee.

The police boycott of Dunkin’ Donuts is apparently heating up, as a sergeant was spotted Sunday walking into the 73rd Precinct station house with trays full of what appeared to be generic, corner-market brew.

“No D&D in the 7-3,” he proudly announced.

The brew-haha began Friday when a worker at a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins at 1993 Atlantic Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant refused to scoop ice cream for two 73rd Precinct detectives — allegedly because they were cops.

Police-union heads called for a boycott of the national chain, and the movement has since percolated throughout the department.
